In 2004 The Washington Post dubbed him the “Mozart of chess”.
He is the fifth player in history, and at age 18 is by far the youngest, to break the magical rating barrier of over 2800. The latest victory, December 2009, in London has propelled him to the very top of the FIDE rating list, with an astonishing rating of 2810!
