Have you ever seen the show Lie to Me the show is based on the work of Paul Eckman. I highly recommend reading his book, Emotions Revealed (link to online copy). Professor Eckman is one of my favorite researchers. If I had the money I’d buy all readers a copy of his book it goes very well with Robert Cialdini’s Influence Book.

You might wonder, how is this important for a citizen, a business person, an analyst etc. It’s a no brainer you need to know when people are (being) ethical….This stuff is so important its taught to fbi, secret service agents and many others…..
